In regard to insider buying and selling and institutional the following:

Institutional past 3 months 1.39 mil shares purchased .32 mil shares sold Net purchases 1.07 mil percentage owned 26.57%

Insiders (6 months) 0 shares bought .03 mil shares sold. Net purchases -.03 mil shares. percentage owned 75.59%

I copied this from company profile on briefing.com. If numbers don't add up I cannot answer reason why, perhaps others know then answer in regard to percentage owned

Sorry the report was late -- (you know I had written it on time though, right? ;))

Yes, I feel that anyone looking to buy should enter this stock on a breakout through 16 1/2 on volume. Until then, it *is* a risky play, as Doug, Peg, and even "Christopher" have pointed out. A breakout through 16 1/2 IMO would almost certainly bring the stock to the 20 level, so waiting for the breakout isn't going to lose you much (especially since the stock closed at 16 3/8 on friday!)

I'd also like to thank the rest of the SWAT team for some great FA work!
