Tax the energy Tench, Do you still live in No-Cal? My last PG&E statement had my baseline electrical rate at over $0.18 per kWh which rapidly rises to nearly double that as you exceed baseline. This is 50% more than a couple years ago and now I'm getting warning letters that I will be "Fined" if I exceed some percent of baseline again. I can't believe the lemmings here put up with this sort of behavior.
