If they did and let's assume all this is Putin meddling is true - that would mean in the last week or so before the election Putin would have expected Hillary to win based on all the 'data'. And the report says Putin planned to blackmail Hillary. Ergo they have some serious stuff on Hillary they held back towards the end. This is going to be really bad for democrats in either case when the truth comes out after Trump takes over. The Community agitator doesn't care if the Dems are hosed for a generation. The cynical take on this Russian story is that the primary goal is to prevent Trump and Putin collaborating against ISIS.
