I'm well aware of the problems. Neolib, a poster here, is an example. Before Obamacare, he had private insurance with a high deductible that he never used. After Obamacare, that policy went away and he's had to buy on the exchange. His premiums have gone up way more than he used to pay, for insurance he still doesn't use. I still see it as a big win overall. It's problems are caused by it not being true universal coverage. All other developed nations have figured out ways to implement universal coverage, and their costs and outcomes both beat ours. Let's see what havoc the Republicans and Trump wreak. I'm not at all optimistic.
