Yes, that would be a start, followed by a complete dismantling of Cyrix and assimilation of the cyrix engineers into other groups.

Why has Cyrix ended its relationship with IBM ... and now (rather than
using NSM technology) are pursuing TSMC as a foundry ?? IBM has very
good process technology ... was Cyrix only getting access to old IBM
technology at high prices?? Will this also happen at TSMC??
