Dave I took a look at the FA on VPUR. I haven't had achance to look at the balance sheet yet but the prelimnary stuff looks good.
From what I have been able to asertain from the 8k filings, it looks like only one of the deals required any shares approximatly 360K that are restricted for 1 year. Comapnies that they are aquiring are smart growth for there business. Either good or bad depending on how you look at this but they had next to none institutional buying (real good if we are early which could be the case). The other thing that I was disappointed in was the amount of shares that the owners had was very little. I might have missed it (been up all night), but according to sevral locations excluding the restricted shares they have approximately 1.2 million shares that aren't in the float which could be stock options for management or something. The amount of shares for instittions and management now comprise of approximatly 156,000 shares. Revenue growth looks good. Mostly from new acquisitions which is good as long as it doesn't hurt them to bad in the liability portion of the balance sheet.
