You ask whose morality? Our societies morality. Modern civilizations reality.

The thing about you Republicans, is that you never figured out you live in a society that protects you. And that you have an obligation to that society to make it as strong and fair as you can.

So society has legislated things like antidiscrimination laws, because that's how modern human beings live in a Humane Society. Individuals have to give up their right to be ass holes in a civilized society.

Any form of racism, misogyny or genderism is nothing more than primitive stupid evil behavior and thinking.

Only stupid evil people think racism, or elitism, misogyny or gender are okay in any form at all. Civilized societies don't tolerate that kind of behavior and have every right to legislate against it.

Normal healthy humane human beings do not engage in any of that evil behavior..

>> And then you go on to say that you can't legislate morality. Of course you can legislate morality. What do you think the laws against slavery, or antidiscrimination laws are? Society has an obligation to legislate morality when it impinges on the citizens unfairly.

Whose morality? Yours or mine?
