TO ALL: An article in the Idaho Statesman on Sunday showed MUEI as the worst performing Idaho stock for 1997. It talked about the company's poor earnings and dim future prospects. A local brokerage analysist reporting on the company said, a sale of the company is inevitable. Its unfortunate that a company with such great products and people is going down the tube because of poor management and their inability make the right decisions. The only salvation is to sell the company or change the management team. I strongly vote for the latter. MM
