Under what authority do you have it that the review done over a year ago would prevent CSGI from getting listed ? Did you call NASDAQ ? If you have, then please post the contact information. YOU AND ANGEL HAVE FAILED TO DO SO If you made it up from yourself, then you have knowingly, purposely, and intentionally, posted false material information regarding a publicly traded company.
