How About Something ON TOPIC?

What are people's guesses for earnings for the past quarter?

Leo was right.

Well, I didn't plan it that way but I followed his advice on BORL based on the Borland Backslide phenomenon more than anything else. CNTR is trading around $1 and twelve cents so he is not a market guru, not yet anyway. The Netscape tanking was well deserved, IMO, since from what I have heard -- friends who have school friends working their -- they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Netscape borrowed technology and started building product on standard protocols without a clear roadmap. They simply got in over their heads and they have a programmer playing cheif technology officer. I'm sorry but you can't take some kid who followed directions and implemented a graphical front-end on standard Internet protocols and then put him in charge of technology at such a high profile level. As for the CEO, he's an oxygen-wasting non-event waiting to not happen.

(What's this, January 5th and I'm already back to my old form, sheesh!)
