Nice photo. Here in Nairobi, for ice, I need to go to the deep fridge...

How do you deal with living there in the Winter in Alaska?

It's supposedly going to raining and 57 F for the next two days in Los Angeles and I already want to leave for some place warmer - but I'm not keen on humidity.

We confirmed our summer reservations for Alaska and the owner was at their home in Seattle. They themselves won't be back in Alaska until it's warmer.

My sister lives in Hawaii but they're high enough on the Big Island that it's dry.

Ice Age arrives: Some unseasonable weather is expected to bring unwanted frost Monday evening into Tuesday morning.
Fairbanks is experiencing a cold pocket of air which has given the interior rain - and in some areas snow - and tonight it's expected to get even colder.
