No, I'm not. That's way,way too broad. Just a general sketch of a potential program that provides a universal entitlement to federal employment, aka government as employer of last resort.

I do think there are some fairly simply answers, and we already have a model of sorts in patents. Patents are valuable property, but they have a shelf-life of 20 years. We could do the same with real property used in production as well.

This would mix free enterprise with a socialized society, allowing innovation and development but with a temporal bleed off to socialization in a similar way to how intellectual IP in patents is currently handled. The Devil would be in the details like time to socialization, or fractional socialization ownership, etc.
