I didn't mean that there was literally no adjustments of old temperatures to make them higher or new temperatures to make them lower, merely that its very one-sided. Even with an upward trend (and the evidence supports the existence of an upward trend), mistakes should be fairly random with roughly equal adjustments in each direction (roughly equal both in how many adjustments go in each direction and in the total size of those adjustments).

I don't think its a conspiracy, but I do think there is bias.
