Cary, both of your stocks are interesting. CMDL is in the business teleommunications business and looks like it has its business plan in full gear. They begn shipping new products with great margin potential in Sept and the results should be reflected in their next earnings report. The company just released their unifying message product for fax, voice and e-mail and in the second half of this year are planning on introducing their internet telephony product.
There has been some insider selling of late. A VP sold 3k ON 11/6 at
$11/share and another VP sold 3k on 10/24 at 12.5. The volume, and I will be looking ever more carefully at volume, does not seem to indicate anything presently although the monthly averages were picking up steadily between August to Nov.

DGTC is involved with medical imaging systems. The co. has 10 consecutive years of record earnings and they grow by new acquisitions as well as product development. Needham and Co. set a 12 month target of 15 on 10/17. The company's balance sheet is extremely healthy. No debt and improving margin. They recently bought back some shares on their announced share buy back plan.
Today, the co. announced FDA approval for sale of a pre-natal imaging system. I do not know the commercial implications of this product. Some minor insider selling in Sept. and in July. Nice Vol. pick up today.
