MVPH stock is not worth the $14MM, RMCW can, and most likely 'will' exercize its' right.
IMO...the MVPH announcement concerning a $5MM investor MAY have to do with Dempsey Mork....it is also in Morks' best interest to see MVPH stock increase in value.

The 4mil shares of MVPH, along with the augmentation agreement contractually belong to RMCW at the historical cost of $14mil! <EOD>

You're asking good questions. But now with the 8K, MVPH is no longer a source of contention..
