I would suggest that such difficulties call more for making IDs easier to get rather than ruling out the idea of requiring them for a vote.

Are you taking into consideration that making them easier to get increases the risk of fraudulently obtaining them and thus fraudulently voting, etc.? I am assuming that by easier to get you mean requiring less documentation.

What do you see as the need for requiring them for voting?
