No, it's not. All Fed employees take an oath to uphold the constitution, not the president. They are expected to disobey any orders they feel are unconstitutional. As she did. It's being litigated right now.

if it is seen as unconstitutional, in this case habeas corpus, they are not bound to enforce it. Same is true for the UCMJ...if an officer give an unlawful command...you are not obligated to execute it. In either case, it takes courage to make a stand.

If the president executes an Executive Order, the AG is bound to enforce it. It is her job. If she doesn't think it is legal, she is still bound to enforce it as it isn't her call.

Jeff Sessions didn't agree with you when he was questioning Yates before she went to work for the DOJ.
