Regardless of what feelings I may personally have I know my state, California, would immediately make it legal and the other 49 states would do whatever.

Contravening a supreme court ruling? Really?

What makes you think it would be state to state? If the Supreme Court says it's illegal, then that would apply to all the states. When abortion was illegal it was illegal in all the states.

But even if you are right and it is state-by-state and confined to California, what about the other poor people in the country?

Don't you care what happens to them?

<< And we are about to ban abortion

If they manage to overturn Roe vs Wade then I believe the 50 States would have to decide what they want to do. Regardless of what feelings I may personally have I know my state, California, would immediately make it legal and the other 49 states would do whatever. The sun would come up and I would still be living in California.
