While "Timer's Digest" might be bearish, there are very few "fear" metrics that are flashing caution (last I checked). Here's one that appears "almost complacent", even though VXX only starts to rebound significantly when there is a real scare being perceived by the markets. Nearly 4 months since it even blipped, just before the election....

At the moment, with money seemingly pouring into most world markets, hard to say when this one will rear it's ugly head for a few weeks?
