I got an answer to the Charter School thing. FUND Catholic Schools and Christian Schools. My Wife's been teaching in a Catholic School for about 40 years now. The students from her school score higher than most of the Public Schools. And they don't require students to be Catholic. There's a Catholic School system in pretty much every city already and it's being wasted since parental costs have had to rise so much. Even other religious schools could be funded. The idea is to EDUCATE, not INDOCTRINATE.
