What do you mean secular education has become contaminated with dogmatic materialism.

That is pure nonsense, there is no dogma, only the will of the people. Do you not believe in democracy? What does dogmatic materialism even mean?

The public education system in most cities is very democratic, and very simple and I don't know how you improve on it? Maybe you can explain?

Most cities elect a Board of Education. That's democracy i.e. the people are deciding who they want to represent them on a Board of Education. That Board of Education sets policy, hires principles and teachers.

And if the people do not like how they're doing their job they vote them out and vote someone else in.

So where's the secular dogma and how can you possibly improve upon a democratic system like that?

If you complain about secular dogma, then post a better system. Don't just complain about it with amorphous nonsense.

And what is modern entrenched dogma? More nonsense.

Originally an emphasis on education for all had a lot to do with liberation from religious dogma. Now secular education has become contaminated with dogmatic materialism and political correctness. The task of liberating ourselves from modern entrenched dogma is no less critical now than it was 400 years ago.
