Doesn't it bother you in the least that an eager young mind, who admires and looks up to their science teacher, and diligently learns what they are taught, can be corrupted for life into not actually thinking, because they have been well schooled in the idea that beliefs trump facts? That is the fate of every young child that enters these schools. They only make it out of that trap if they keep trying to learn on their own once they escape those places, and further are willing to buck the disapproval of their friends and family who cling to orthodoxy. This doesn't bother you?
