Joel, there's a lot of people who like INVX and a lot of people who buy stocks on history. Personally, I wouldn't buy more at this price. I feel it's all too unclear and what is clear is not good. Sure, it could go on to 28 or 30, but why? 10 is getting near a pretty reasonable PE.

I'd guess you've got a couple dollars profit. I'd take it and try to find a better bet. I've been thinking Tesax Instruments or ESIO. I bought some Harmonic Lightwave HLIT today. I think they'll have a tough quarter, but there seems to be a momentum into these cable infrastructure stocks and they are near a bottom.

I'd guess we'll see a very poor number from Hutchinson this quarter and they will be tempted to beat their chest on any TSA success. I'm reading Quantum is in the TSA camp and the same people always want to say Seagate is re-evaluating, but I have no reason to believe it. Who knows what WDC is doing besides having trouble. Maxtor might be a customer, but they aren't really pushing the edge on technology and will probably wait and see.

The main thing on INVX's side is additional MR sales maybe taking up losses from TFI sales, perhaps better margins if they get costs down from software and medical and maybe additional sales at Litchfield as well as better margins. Still, this quarter should be poor. How will people react?

In the end, most of the bad news should be out. If people are buying now, they should be doing it with open eyes. So, I guess I'm sitting on the fence still.

Regards,

Mark

Joel, here's another possible negative. I believe IBM is not a very good INVX customer and I'd hope someone could investigate this. I say this because IBM has it's own TSA solution which they'd like to use. If IBM is gaining market share, this would seem to reduce market share for INVX.

You might say the same for Fujitsu.

I believe this will all come out well after 2 or 3 quarters, but for now it's maybe a bad time.

Regards,

Mark
