Knight,I also just got my "proxy kit" a few days ago and no he is not kidding about the funeral business, it's called Associated Independent Funeral Homes Limited and the company (Tako) is in discussion to acquire all issued & outstanding shares. I'm not sure what is going on but I sure wish I had had this notice in my hands before the meeting was to take place. I just looked at the date on the stamp and it is the same day as the meeting was to take place. Mine came from TD Greenline so I called them about the timing and they informed me that they have a 24 hour turn around on notices once they receive them. I tried to get hold of somebody at Tako today but no luck and I am going to be out of the country for the next to weeks I hope somebody can fill in the blanks. Good Luck to All, Fred
