Peter, the 3rd Q showed $4M is SysWiz revenue and $9M in "core"
business revenue. The 4th Q is normally the heavy quarter of the
year as both corporate and consumer capital expenditures tend
to peak. Note that SYSF runs their corporate calendar to fully
capture this revenue (they are a month behind). So, I expect
the "core" business revenue to increase to roughly $10M simply
due to increased sales volume from their existing customers.
I also expect SysWiz to start ramping up as the OEMs that are
on-board start shipping their full volume of SysWiz-equiped
models for the year-end quarter. So, I'm looking for something
like $5.5M in SysWiz revenue. I am not expecting much of an
increase in R&D and marketing expenses compared to recent
quarters, so much of the added revenue *should* go to the
bottom line. Up until the last couple of quarters SYSF had
been maintaining about a 16% net margin, which translates into
$0.10/share on $15.5M in revenue.

Hope this helps, but it's only my best *guess*.
