Lorne, I am watching the attempts to develope E-Money with interest, but frankly don't see it catching on really well just yet. Just too many folks still don't trust banks(grin).

It seems to work w/out too many hitches on a "higher level" than most of us operate. Don't see the trickle down going to well tho'

When I click on the URL you posted bis.org
I get a message saying "Netscape is unable to locate the server bis.org".

Maybe there should be a thread dealing with "Electronic Cash".
