Thanks Ed,great stuff. So tell me, can I play one exchange againest the other, buying at the low ask and selling at the high bid? For instance the VC exchange is at 1.90 - 2.05 and the T exchange is at 1.86 - 1.95 Which exchange did you buy from? At this point if you bought on the Toronto you would have saved 10› and if you sold on the on the VC,you'd be selling at 4› more than the Toronto-my simple mind can't understand <vbg>. When you want to buy or sell,do you have to,or can you request a specific exchange,or just hope for the best?..DD
PS: to your knowledge are we moving to the TXE or dual trading? You can see how early I woke up,I'm losing sleep over this<LOL> and the fact that the snow is dissappearing rapidly, with more rain coming..
If the design was for dual trading,I probably owe IR an apology,if it was an outright change of exchanges,I think they owe us one<vbg>.
I've never seen this overlapping trading on companies moving from the Nasdaq to the NY exchange ((I know I'm not in Kansas anymore<vbg>))
