I tend to agree with you about this.
As far as WFR's near term earnings I don't see how they can meet the projections of a .10 loss with the yen trading at new lows against the dollar. Doesn't seem to be an end in sight to this currency problem. Great for shoppers going over there though.

Zeev,

One of the reasons that we are not that far away from the 5.5% on the bonds, is the Asian flu that has hit. When do you see the flight to quality subsiding. it would seem to me that when that happens, the bond rate will back up considerable, even with the current talk of deflation. Also if I am not mistaken (which I am quite often) didn't Mexico recover a lot faster than everyone thought. What is the likelyhood of the same thing happening again with SEA.
