Cyberken,

>>AMLN: Jim McCamant will have to lower his "sell" price, because the stock won't see 8 again in the current century.<<

Side bet on that one? AMLN will see 8 again this year; two reasons: one year closer to market (whatever that market is), and a rising sea raises all boats.

Have to agree with your call on the market in general.

>>Topro (non-bio) will see 20, with more to come in '99.<<

Sure hope so. My talk with the CFO was not so encouraging on the next Q revenues. But no one on the board seems to care.

>>God! How I love to predict! <<

>>Ligand will "drive to 25" (Yes! It's back by popular demand!). Andy, did I mention which 12-31?<<

I'll spare you the indignity of challenging you to another losing bet. (:>)

After your prediction of ISIP at 50 (or was it 100?) in early 98, I knew I had a live one. Must be living in Las vegas. Wasn't it the great prophet CYBERKEN who said something like "If you can't predict well, at least predict often...and outrageously?"

All in jest, my friend.
