Well Brumar if you are saying their never has been a corrupt judge or a corrupt lawyer or President who ignored the letter of the law then clearly as you say. It does not take all three and any judge if presented with a set of facts would issue a warrant. And even if selected by Chief Justice.. i.e. John Roberts, I would expect even he could not appoint only Republican type judges. So I have no idea why you think it would a favorable exclusive McCain Graham Republican favorable store.
