To coat-tail Karl's post; I believe as public awareness grows and that awareness of the bottom line can, or will, be more affected from non-compliance than the spending to analyze and remediate, then companies will be jumping at opportunities to publicize their efforts.

I previously posted my attempts to get a number of companies to repsond to questions leading directly to thier efforts with embedded systems. My questions purposefully avoided any attempt to inquire about costs. They were eager to let a concerned investor know they're on top of things but obviously vague and doing so without giving one a clue to the extent and avoiding any cost analysis or speculation.

Karl: There are other reasons why companies may not want to announce or support Y2K problems as a big issue. One is call competition. If my company doing Y2K fixes realizes how big this is, why do I want to advice my competition that they better fix their systems? I would be very happy if they fail and I increase my market because I already fixed mine. A few years back, I was able to list examples of Y2K problems for specific products, since 1997, Those vendors have identified such information as proprietary. GQ

Karl... Stock looking very heavy again!
Do you have any news on large sellers or is this the same stock that was registered last month? Did they wait until the new year to begin selling? Other y2k stocks acting fine... any ideas?

Karl--- recent rev/earning projections on TPRO are making me wonder if it has a moody's or s&p rating. little positive that I can see for last qtr in Y2K or core. running out of Y2K time fast and as you stated they have stopped aquiring ........
