Thanks for the URL.

No, I no longer have AOL (though they've sent me about 6 floppies offering me 50 free hours hoping to entice me back). When AOL offered Flat rates in the states, they decided to raise their rates in Canada just at the time that many of the ISP's here started offering unlimited access for less than $20Cdn. ($1Cdn= $0.70US) Also, one couldn't access AOL, or if access was available, the services at the AOL site were overloaded or otherwise unavailable. It was an easy decision after Steven Bartkiw, the Canadian AOL manager, sent me an EMail full of lies about the cost of services in Canada.

From the press release, I'm assuming that AMAT is beta-testing the defect classification tool with Sematech rather than having a product which is generally available. Is that a reasonable assumption?
