AVNT trades against the grain of the market frequently because it gets more attention if it goes up in a down market and can suck in some longs. Wow, look at that, the market sucks and this stock is up! Lets get some. ;0)

Peter V--AVNT looks to me like it is moving on hype and a squeeze.
This company has been one of the best I have seen for hype and consequently moving the price up. The latest movement seems to be squeezing some shorts too.
If there is a short squeeze going on you are very correct it is a good time to short AVNT.
