Druss, I've been trying to determine if there is any substance to the hype, but the techno-babble in the press releases has done its job, I'm a bit confused. THe fact that there are no bulls on the AVNT thread, both here and on Yahoo, however, makes me believe that the company is in pretty deep trouble. IS there a court ruling pending?

Shorted AVNT at 18 11/16...

This company is going to get their butt kicked pretty bad.......These lawyer fees have to be eating into the bottom line...class action lawsuit by shareholders, questionable management, unnamed clients...the list goes on an on....
