Re: >>>What do you think? Buy now or later like tomorrow. How did you find JTS? Someone said take a look and it went zooming up to .31 Is this one of those things that go to the top without much being said about them. Talk to me,tell me all u know at this time , yes please. Francis Terry<<<

Ok Terry, briefly here's are my current thoughts regarding JTS:

I began following JTS back when they first got together with Atari. I thought the advantages of their 3" form factor drives (now history) coupled with well known industry names in management was worth taking a chance.

I've traded in and out of JTS many times, however, as of today I've lost money on this puppy. I was actually in the black as recently as when it was trading in the 5/8 to 11/16 range, but like a fool I bought more and am paying the price today.

I wouldn't suggest investing in JTS today. Go to Vegas instead, they have better odds. I will continue to hold on however, since in my mind I have completely written off the investment as a mistake and am holding a block of shares like I would a lottery ticket... either Jackpot or throw it in the trash. One point on the positive side is their recent announcement of forecasted profitablility. This does provide a small glimmer of hope along with acknowledgement that their 3" drives were not going to make it (IMO, Western Digital forced their hand on this issue).

If you like the DD sector during these difficult times in the industry, my favorites include IOM, IVAC and HMTT. Of course, do some research and read their threads, but I believe they have the best chance of holding up through this recent turmoil and will rebound nicely when things begin to sort themselves out.
