Well Michael,

I spoke with Milton Price, PRTI's attorney. He informed me that MVPH had first right of refusal on the 4 million shares, and exercised their right. That resulted in the distribution of those shares to real PRTI shareholders.

And in his legal opinion, neither Puhr, nor RMCW, nor RMIL have any legal right to those shares.

So you have deliberately misled people here again. Maybe I'll draft a form letter so people can report you to the SEC.
