WSJ: WHERE THE JOBS ARE: The occupation with the largest projected job growth: cashiers. The Bureau of Labor Statistics says 530,000 cashier jobs will be created by 2006, up 17% from the current 3.1 million.

Nice to know there's always something to fall back on.
