Chief, they should go read the press release where Canada Carbon makes clear they are in discussions with groups for financing the project.

If Mudslide Le Gris BS negatively impacted that funding effort, there is grounds for damages.

Investors don't know if a funding agreement was impacted but the company sure as hell would know.

All I know is that the company told us they were in discussion for funding the project heading into January of this year.
