Correlation is not NECESSARILY causation, but it often indicates causation. You can also apply other statistics and get 99% probability e.g. an analysis of variance.

OR, you can just look around and use common sense-lol.

When you look around the world, you see that the countries that are the most educated and least religious have the most civil rights. Try and find exceptions to it, good luck. It doesn't matter how perfect your correlation may be, correlation is not causation. You haven't addressed causation other than to baldly assert it.
