RICHMOND, Va., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrity Communications, Inc. announced today the expansion of its first deployment of high-speed broadband modem technology. Third-Rail Wireless Services of Nashua, N.H., has chosen the Integrity Broadband Modem for expansion and upgrading of its PRIZM 2400 Broadband Delivery System, providing customers with high-speed two-way wireless access to the Internet, remote data storage and videoconferencing over Multichannel Multipoint Distribution Systems (MMDS) frequencies.

Third-Rail is a wholly owned subsidiary of Spike Technologies, Inc. Third-Rail currently holds MMDS licenses in two U.S. cities, and plans to add multiple new markets in first quarter '98. Third-Rail has chosen the Integrity Broadband Modem System for this application over offerings from other competitors because of its reliability, RF performance, throughput, error-correction capabilities and ease of integration.

Integrity Communications, Inc. develops broadband modems and related products that provide multiple services over both wireline and wireless cable networks. Its technology was demonstrated publicly for the first time at The Western Cable Show in Anaheim, Calif., Dec. 10-12. Integrity is based in Richmond, Va.

Spike Technologies, Inc. develops, manufactures and markets point-to- multipoint broadband wireless communications systems for two-way delivery of high-speed Internet access, computer networking, telephone and video services over distances up to 30 miles. Spike has offices in Nashua, N.H., New York City, and Bangkok, Thailand.

Hi Zorro,

Been awhile... How's our "favorite" stock doing? Mind catching me up just briefly? Seeing some interesting and some disturbing things in the last 70 or so posts.

Thanks,
Scott
