This, of course is and always was totally incorrect. Reducing the number of ER visits in many cases adds more cost to the healthcare system overall. It was propaganda trying to drum up support for ACA. Then ACA only increased the frequency of those occurrences. And of course, it was all okay when ACA did it lol. Liberals are not exactly the sharpest knives in the drawer.
