Sure the two coast are heavily democratic and so that gives the results you mention - but you just continuing to ignore what is happening between the two coast. You whine about gerrymandering and such as the cause - but look with blind eyes at the creeping win levels at the State and local levels. If Hillary had managed to eke out a win she would have been embroiled in a constant barrage of republican efforts against her. The luckiest person in the last election is Hillary. Why could republicans get away with endless hearings on Hilliary had she been elected? Because the country has moved right and their constituents - in those republican Senate and House seats - want those hearings.
