The original 4 million share certificate was stopped at the transfer agent. There were no power of attorney papers attached which gave Puhr the right to reassign those shares to anyone.

The certificate was made out to PRTI.

A new 4 million share certificate was issued from which the distribution was made to PRTI shareholders.
