My education and work experience. I have a masters degree in Public Administration from the U of Washington.. I learned it in school and wrote and reviewed hundreds of social services plans and was involved in politics for 30 years. I didn't pull anything out of my ass, I learned about it. Learning about things works really well-lol. Look at how clueless Trump is and the Republican party that supports him. They didn't learn things, they just did things and they always get it wrong and then the dems come in a clean up after them.
