Sam: You might want to scan through the history of posts on this thread for the past 2 years or so to get a lot of good (and some not so good) information on this company.

You might also want to read their SEC filings, some of which are found at sec.yahoo.com and more at edgar-online.com

Hello Sam,

I am surprised you're interested in this doggie. I would advise you to either invest only your play money or stay away from this stock. I was in this stock back in '96 and to tell you frankly, I don't trust the management of this company. Too many broken promises. SystemWiz is way behind to be accepted by the PC manufacturers. Intel just signed up Platinum for LANDesk, that will take away the corporate PC help desk business from SystemSoft. SystemWiz is now more oriented towards the home PC business. I would wait for another major PC manufacturer to sign up SysWiz before even considering getting in. The stock may jump up a few points but it's safer that way. That's JMHO.

Mike.
