I used to love to watch the vacuum auto feed. <I remember some sort of hard drive you could see into, had a tall stack of disks about 18" in diameter. If I recall you could actually change the "cartridge" on those.> Smoked plastic case, goldish color disks.. Beautiful. <Never used the mylar tape, we still used paper on a CNC machine in the mid 70s.> The mylar was backwards compatible with the paper. It just didn't tear as easily. -klaus
