Trump will continue paying ObamaCare insurer subsidies, dodging a fight over that could lead to a government shutdown.

The move is a shift for Trump, who had threatened earlier this month to withhold the subsidies, known as cost-sharing reductions (CSRs), as a way to force Democrats to negotiate on healthcare reform.
