As anyone who has read the rantings of SirAlexx and associates on other threads, we abhor any Reg S offerings as they are usually slammed immediately back into the market killing the stock and sullying the reputation of the company involved. This sale looks different in that it is the Tan's that are the purchasers of the new stock, and as they are already investors or officers of TELE, this sale looks like it was designed to increase their percentage holding of the company and therefore is not likely to be blown back in our faces. If any one has conflicting data please offer it, as we are looking for this company to be successful based on their stated strategy.
