Yes, falling prices should accelerate the exit of smaller
players. Small guys cant achieve the volumes necessery
to get pricing advantages or manufacturing efficiencies.
The Unisys PC business was small and didn't rank in the top
20 vendors in terms of unit shipments.

I still feel the numbers are on target and Dell will
post revenues of 30B - 35B and own between 12% to 14% of the
market in 2001. All they have to do is continue to execute.

This would make Dell slightly bigger than Compaq is today.
Alomst a lock considering that 3yrs ago Compaq was the size
Dell is today.

Also, considering Dell was a 500M company in 1991, this
represents a decelleration in the growth rate from triple
digits to a more sustainable 35% Y/Y.
