squetch: Thanks - I hadn't seen this release. This makes it sound more like a Phase II than a Phase I - are we seeing Phase creep here? <g> By the way I read through the S-3 quickly. Didn't see anything new, which is generally a good sign. (Subtle bad things often first see the light of day in prospectuses, generally at the behest of the underwriters). I suspect (and hope) that this is going to be one of the few times that an offering doesn't hurt the price of a biotech. I think that PCYC is under-followed, and an increased float and some attention by the underwriter, H&Q, just around the time of the January H&Q meeting may actually help the stock in the short/medium term.
